This Ace Hardware Distribution Center in Jefferson, GA is one of the largest known castellated beam projects ever built. The building, a 1.1 million square foot facility consisting of 3,100 tons of castellated beams and an additional 630 tons of structural steel has been showcased by Modern Steel in their January 2023 publication. “This unusual project, a 4,000-ton steel frame implementing castellated beams on an immense scale, beat the odds and rose to become an enormous yet ef¬ficient accomplishment—and it demonstrated a viable steel design alternative that came with unexpected advantages.”

This TJ MAXX Distribution Center, located in El Paso, Texas, is a 2,500-Ton project consisting of 560,000 square feet of 60' High Bay, 1,000,000 square feet of Low Bay Area, and 540,000 square feet of Mezzanine. This project was successfully delivered within 90 days of being awarded in July of 2021.

The project is located in Groveland, Florida just off of US Highway 27 and will aide in the distribution of Amazons packages in the Central Florida area.

Construction of the new Atlanta Community Food Bank headquarters in East Point Georgia began on January 25, 2019, with a groundbreaking ceremony attended by donors, elected officials, community members, and construction partners. The new facility will offer a 75 percent increase in total space for the Atlanta based food distribution non-profit, which is a member of Feeding America, the nation’s leading domestic hunger-relief charity. The new facility, which is being built by Catamount Constructors, is scheduled to open by the spring of 2020.
